I have been at Restons for nearly two and a half years now, during that time I’ve learned a lot about the legal system and how debt collection is managed. I have been employed by Restons for just over a year now. I originally applied for an Administrative Assistant role, however during my training period I was promoted to a Team Leader Assistant. I worked within this role for a month and gained a lot of experience corresponding directly with our Clients. During my time as a Team Leader Assistant, Restons recognised my skill set within letter writing and as such, I was moved to the Correspondence department. Here, I worked as a Correspondence Assistant before recently being promoted to a Correspondence Case Manager. I now manage my own worklist and correspond with our Customers on a day to day basis.
Restons ensure that they invest their time in their employees and recognise the potential of each individual. At Restons, we have monthly social events, birthday meals and collections for charities/birthdays/weddings. This allows individuals from different departments to interact and get to know each other. I thoroughly enjoy working at Restons and look forward to what the future holds.
Case Manager – Correspondence

Our interview process can last about 20 minutes for Part 1 and 1.5 hours for Part 2.
This is a telephone interview (Depending on the position you have applied for). This usually lasts around 20 minutes and is a discussion covering your CV, experience and general information as required.
This is a face to face interview along with competency tests.
These tests come in a variety of forms and help us assess your suitability for a particular role. Following the tests we conduct a face to face interview which gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and also gives you the opportunity to see if we are the right fit for you.
We also occasionally run recruitment days where we hold group assessments and individual interviews.
