Case Manager Job Description

We're looking for ambitious people to join our fast moving Solicitors firm.

Restons is a leading provider of debt litigation & debt recovery services, working with some of the biggest names in the financial industry and we are looking to recruit Case Managers for our Collections and Customer Support Teams.

Our Case Managers are the first point of contact for customers and deal with incoming calls to ensure that outstanding debts owed to our clients are collected in a fair and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Management of case files, ensuring file progression and offering customer support
  • Negotiating repayment terms or settlement options
  • Responsible for your own portfolio management with focus on fair customer outcomes
  • Making challenging decisions; escalating and monitoring cases through the legal process


The Ideal Candidate

Prior experience of working in the debt recovery industry or a contact centre would be beneficial

  • An active listener with excellent communication skills and a clear telephone manner are essential skills
  • Have the ability to set priorities and work under own initiative
  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious


37.5 hours working week over 2 shift patterns:

  • Week 1  Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 16:30 | Fri - 08:00 - 16:00
  • Week 2 Mon - Thurs 09:30 - 18:00 | Fri 09:00 - 17:00
